I called last week and asked about having them check out my above ground Caldera Hot Tub and they were so nice. They asked me about the problem and said they could help the next day and then I asked what he would think was the problem and he told me, and it reminded me of something that had happened and in fact, the breaker had been tripped in the rainstorm and it needed a full reset. Saved me a lot of hassle and money, so call them first!

Our hot tub was looking gross, and I sent a message on google to Jordan. He replied within an hour by phone, was super friendly and helpful and came within a day to look at the issue and then he made it all sparkling and beautiful. He recommended what we needed to do to keep it that way and is coming back next week to check on the water and show me again how to use the right chemicals. Super friendly and nice and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
